Ross Chun defends the voters' right to public information.

In the face of intimidation tactics by Aliso Viejo City Councilman Phil Tsunoda, Ross Chun stood up for the voters' right to public documents. When questionable activities capture the attention of the public, the public has the right and obligation to act. Mr. Chun was able to request public documents and demonstrate that claims make by Tsunoda as part of the Recreation Ad Hoc Committee where he served with Candidate Don Garcia, could not be substantiated. These activities have brought a law suit to the doorstep of Aliso Viejo.
