Ross Teaches Hawaiian Heritage to Boys & Girls Club Students.

Last week, Ross taught an Ethnic Studies program on Zoom to students at the Aliso Viejo and San Juan Capistrano Boys & Girls Clubs. The class included Hawaiian culture with the presentation of a cooking video demonstrating how families can prepare a family recipe, Hawaiian Fried Rice, just like Ross' father used to make. There was also some Ukulele music for the student, and an appearance by Ross' newly rescued dog, "Buddy!"
